In 1996, Ronald McDonald House merged with Ronald McDonald Children's Charities of Cincinnati to form Ronald McDonald House Charities, which awards grants to local not-for-profit organizations servicing children through a portion of donations from McDonald's customers and Global Ronald McDonald House Charities' matching funds.
Because the focus of RMHC is the welfare of children, grants are only awarded to 501 (c)(3) organizations that directly benefit children in the Greater Cincinnati area. RMHC of Greater Cincinnati awards grants from $500 to $5,000. The grants committee meets four times a year to review applications.

Please call Shawnie Dukes at sdukes@fuse.net or (513) 636-2046 to obtain a schedule of deadlines, a copy of our grant application and our grants brochure that covers our grant making guidelines in more depth. Applications that do not follow the RMHC guidelines will not be considered.
