We are fortunate to have seven times our annual operating budget in unrestricted net assets. Approximately 35% of these assets consist of non-liquid assets, including our buildings. The remaining unrestricted net assets represent the essential foundation for supporting strategic future programming and meeting the growing demand to be able to serve more families. Our Partners

We are grateful for the strong support we have from our founding partner, McDonald’s of Greater Cincinnati and our mission partner, Cincinnati Children’s. Both organizations are critical to our success in a variety of ways:

  • Each have staff serving on our Board of Trustees or other committees.
  • They assist with annual operating gifts and donations of in-kind services.
  • They are strong supporters of our programs, volunteering their time and services with our Taste of Hope meal program, activities, and other events.
  • Most importantly, they are always available with love and support for our staff, volunteers and guest families when they need it most.

Although we value the support of these partners, our House is a separate non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. We rely on the generous support of individual, foundation and corporate partners for more than 90% of our funding.
