Join Our Young Professionals' Group!
The Red Shoe Crew is a group of young professionals who help care for critically ill children and their families by volunteering, fundraising and being ambassadors for the mission of Cincinnati’s Ronald McDonald House.
Founded in 2013 and consisting of nearly 100 members, the RSC organizes activities for families, serves meals, assists with fundraising and events, and much more so that families with children receiving treatment at area hospitals will have the support they need. In addition, the RSC provides opportunities for members to expand their personal and professional networks through social events.

How Do I Join?
We would be thrilled to count you as a member of our Ronald McDonald House family! To join, all you need to do is:
2. Visit the house. Learn more about the Ronald McDonald House and see firsthand how the work we do directly impacts critically ill children and their families. A member of the RSC will give you a tour, provide additional information about the House and upcoming events, and answer questions. To schedule a visit, please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Commit to a personal annual donation of “12 for 12,” which is a monthly credit/debit charge of $12 for 12 months or a one time charge of $144. This helps cover the cost of Red Shoe Crew social events throughout the year and also helps directly support our families with critically ill children. This form will be completed after your orientation.
Your membership donations go directly to the House and are 100% tax-deductible.
